Become a Member of ACAD (The Association of Cameroonians in Denmark)

By joining the association, you will have the opportunity to meet and get to know your fellow brothers and sisters of Cameroonian origin, their children and affiliates. ACAD's values of solidarity, dedication, unity in diversity, respect and decency, participation, inclusion, and collaboration are at the very core of our get-together. Members are encouraged to share their knowledge, skills and experiences with one another. We believe that we can achieve greater things and make a positive impact when we work together. Who can become a member?

Anybody of Cameroonian origin living and working in Denmark can become an ACAD member.
People of other origins married to a Cameroonian can also become a member if they so desire.
Children born of a Cameroonian parent are automatically members of the association and do not need to pay a separate registration fee if one or both of their parents is already a registered member of the association.

If you do not fall under any of the categories listed above but think you can be a part of the association based on some other grounds, kindly contact us to discuss this possibility. How to Become a Member!

You become a member by paying a registration. Membership Registration fee is DKK250 and is paid annually to the association's bank account number below:

The Association of Cameroonians in Denmark (ACAD) is an apolitical, non-profit community association committed to promoting cultural co-existence among its members. ACAD works for the unity, integration and socio-economic development of its members and their families in Denmark. Our overall objective is to bring together all Cameroonians living and working in Denmark to organise and carry out cultural activities reflecting the Cameroonian heritage as well as social and sporting activities. We celebrate with one another in times of joy and lean on each other in sad moments. As a diaspora organisation, ACAD also carry out development and humanitarian projects in Cameroon.
